I qualified in February 1997. I worked for a couple of years in medicine before starting postgraduate training in Anaesthesiology in Mumbai, India. After qualification I worked as a lecturer in St John`s Medical college Hospital as a lecturer. I moved to the UK in 2003 and have worked as a SHO in Carmarthen , South Wales before moving to Scotland to complete my training as a registrar. I did my fellowship in Pain Medicine at Whipps cross Hospital, St Bartholomew`s Hospital and Royal London Hospital, London. I am also the Regional Advisor in Pain Medicine for North of Scotland.
